it was an easy setup except overlapping the poles. You’ll also possibly need 2 people to tie poles together and make sure to screw the ball on top very tight. I placed a lot of her personal blankets inside to make the tepee pop more..as it isn’t as straight and full as the image. overall, she loves it and we are satisfied for the fast shipping to the u.s.
